True Blue Contracting (“True Blue,” “we,” “us”) is a contracting business based in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, truebluecontracts.com, and our internal tools, and how we use it.
Information you give us
When you request a quote, contact us, or work with us, we collect the details you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address, project address, project description, and photos. We use this information only to respond to you, prepare estimates and bids, schedule and complete work, and keep business records.
Website analytics
Our website is hosted on Squarespace, which may use cookies and collect basic usage data (such as pages visited and browser type) to operate and improve the site. See Squarespace’s privacy policy for details.
Google Drive backup (True Blue CAI Backup)
True Blue CAI Backup is an internal tool used only by True Blue Contracting. It is not offered to the public. It connects to True Blue Contracting’s own Google Drive account to back up and archive our business files (such as bids, job records, and project documents) from our company computers.
Access is limited to files and folders the tool itself creates in our Drive (the Google “drive.file” permission). It does not read, change, or delete any other files in Google Drive.
Data accessed through Google APIs is used only to store and restore True Blue Contracting’s own backups. It is not sold, shared with third parties, used for advertising, or used to train AI models.
Sign-in credentials for this tool are stored securely on our own company computers and are not shared.
True Blue CAI Backup’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How we share information
We don’t sell personal information. We share it only as needed to do the work you hire us for (for example, with subcontractors or suppliers on your project), when required by law, or with service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting, email, and cloud storage.
Data retention and security
We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above and for our business and legal records, and we take reasonable steps to protect it.
